A public hearing will be held before the Weld
County Planning Commission (PC) and a
subsequent hearing will be held with the Board
of County Commissioners (BOCC). Both
hearings will be held in the Hearing Room, Weld County
Administration Building, 1150 O Street, Greeley, Colorado. Please
note the hearing dates and times listed on the other side of this card
for the proposed project. The Agenda will be posted on our
webpage one week prior to the hearing. The hearings will also be
live -streamed at https://www.weld.gov/Government/Departments/
Commissioners/Public-Meetings/Commissioner-Agendas-and-
Minutes
If you would like more information regarding this proposal and the
conditions that must be met, the file is public information and is
available for review at our office. You may also view the file online at
Accela Citizen Access. Click on Permit Search, and under the
Planning Tab, select "Search for Records & Permits", then insert the
case number in the Record Number box. Comments or objections
related to the request should be submitted in writing to the Weld
County Planning Services, 1402 N. 17th Avenue, P.O. Box 758,
Greeley, CO 80632, on or before the date of public hearing.

18th Street, Suite 700, Denver, Colorado 80202 ("Lessor"), executed and delivered to Lessee, Kerr-McGee Oil & Gas Onshore LP,
a Delaware limited partnership, whose address is 1099 18th Street, Suite 700, Denver, Colorado 80202 ("Lessee), an Oil and Gas
Lease (the "Lease") in which Lessor granted, leased, and let to Lessee all of Lessor's mineral interest in the lands (the "Leased
Premises") located in the county and state names above, described as follows:

Containing in all 640 acres more or less.
For Other good and valuable consideration, the sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, the Lessor hereby grants Lessee
the exclusive rights to explore for, drill for, produce and market oil, gas, and other hydrocarbons from the Leased Premises during
the term of the Lease; construct and maintain such facilities as are provided for in the Lease; and, the right of ingress and egress
through, on and over the Leased Premises.
The term of said Oil and Gas Lease is for a Primary Term of three (3) years from the effective date so long thereafter as oil
and/or gas is being produced from the Leased Premises in paying quantities, or as long as this Lease is maintained in force in any
other manner set forth in the Lease.
Reference is hereby made to executed copies of said Oil and Gas Lease in possession of Lessor and Lessee, respectively, for
all of the provisions thereof, and by this reference same are incorporated herein and made a part hereof in all respects as though
fully set forth herein.
This Memorandum of Oil and Gas Lease is being made and filed for the purpose of giving third parties notice of the existence
of the Lease described above.
