Facility: Boulter Johnson Erickson HBR T4N-R64W-S10 L01 Well Production Facility NESE quadrant of Section 10, Township 4N, Range 65W Weld County The proposed project or activity is as follows: Project includes the addition of one new low pressure separator resulting in emission increases for all pollutants at the facility. APEN reportable increases include VOC and N -hexane only. This facility is an existing synthetic minor source in the Severe nonattainment Ozone area and will remain a synthetic minor source with the addition of this project. The division has determined that this permitting action is subject to public comment requirements under Colorado Air Quality Control Commission Regulation Number 3, Part B, Section III.C due to the following reason(s): • This source is requesting a federally -enforceable limit on the potential to emit to avoid other requirements. (Regulation Number 3, Part B, Section III.C.1.d.) The division has made a preliminary determination of approval of the application.
