1. Call to Order at 4:31 pm by board chair Shawn Walcott
2. Open Public Comment Period: no public comments
3. Action Item
4. Approval of Board Resolution 2025-03: Participation in Cityline Station: Vincent Ornelas
presented the draft Letter of Intent and Board Resolution for consideration. Vincent Ornelas
highlighted that Cityline will be paying the Housing Authority $50,000 at closing of the
financing and then $20,000 every year after. Vincent Ornelas explained that these terms
have been agreed to by Cityline and the revenue generated from this project will help the
Housing Authority invest back into the Section -8 program. It was motioned by Karin
Crandall to approve Board Resolution 2025-03: Participation in Cityline Station; Motion was
seconded by Olivia Milstead; no opposition; all approved; motion passed.

5. Adjourn: It was motioned by lulianna Kitten to adjourn; Motion was seconded by Karin
Crandall; no opposition; all approved; motion passed.
