Whereas, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and Whereas, on the 17th day of March, 2025, by Resolution #2025-0727, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, approved the Memorandum of Agreement for Purchase of Property Interest for the County Roads 54 and13 Intersection Roundabout Project, and Whereas, pursuant to said agreement, the Board has been presented with a Deed of Dedication for the Purchase of Public Road Right -of -Way for the County Roads 54 and 13 Intersection Roundabout Project between the County of Weld, State of Colorado, by and through the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, on behalf of the Department of Public Works, and Loveland Ready -Mix Concrete, Inc., commencing upon full execution of signatures, with further terms and conditions being as stated in said deed, and Whereas, after review, the Board deems it advisable to approve and accept said deed, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. Now, therefore, be it resolved by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the Deed of Dedication for the Purchase of Public Road Right -of -Way for the County Roads 54 and 13 Intersection Roundabout Project between the County of Weld, State of Colorado, by and through the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, on behalf of the Department of Public Works, and Loveland Ready -Mix Concrete, Inc., be, and hereby is, approved and accepted.
