Approve Appointment of Commissioner Lynette Peppier to Certain Advisory
Boards
Whereas, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
Whereas, it has been recommended that Commissioner Lynette Peppier be appointed to
represent the Board of County Commissioners on the following boards:
• 911 Emergency Telephone Service Authority Board
• Human Services Advisory Commission
Whereas, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Commissioner Lynette Peppier to said
boards, with her terms to expire December 31, 2025.
Now, therefore, be it resolved by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that Commissioner Lynette Peppier, be, and hereby is, appointed to the above
listed boards, with her terms to expire December 31, 2025.
The Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, adopted the above
and foregoing Resolution, on motion duly made and seconded, by the following vote on
the 6th day of January, A.D., 2025:
Perry L. Buck, Chair: Aye
Scott K. James, Pro-Tem: Aye
Jason S. Maxey: Aye
Lynette Peppier: Aye
Kevin D. Ross: Aye
