Home My WebLink About20252130.tiffResolution Approve Declaration of a Certain Vehicle as Surplus Property, Authorize Transfer of Title of Same to Greeley Housing Authority, and Authorize Chair and Controller to Sign Any Necessary Documents Whereas, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and Whereas, State statute and the Weld County Code require that all items disposed of be declared surplus by the Board of County Commissioners, and Whereas, the County has determined that certain vehicle, described as a Nissan Rogue, VIN No. JN1BJ1CR6JW209732, being more fuly described in said Certificate of Title, which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, is no longer required for County use, and Whereas, the Board has been presented with a bid proposal from the Greeley Housing Authority, 903 6th Street, Greeley Colorado 80631, for purchase of said vehicle, for the sum of $10.00, and Whereas, the Board deems it advisable to declare said vehicle as surplus, approve said bid proposal, and delegate authority to the Chair and Weld County Controller to sign any necessary documents. Now, therefore, be it resolved by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the abovementioned vehicle, be, and hereby is, declared surplus. Be it further resolved by the Board that the bid proposal for purchase of said vehicle from Greeley Housing Authority in the amount of $10.00, be, and hereby is, approved.
