Dear Walker:
Mr. Telep informed me that you had discovered some
errors in the Coors Resolution dated September 12, 1973.
I have corrected it to read 650 feet and not 1650
feet. As to the chain link fence our records show • that
Mr. Larry Bush explained why they wanted to put in such a
fence,to keep farm animals from entering said property, for
security, etc. , therefore the resolution was passed with this
condition.
Please find enclosed a copy of corrected resolution
and if you have further questions feel free to contact
Mr. Telep.
