RESOLUTION
DIVISION OF LAND N0. 0805-15-2-RE-56
DETERMINED TO BE EXEMPT FROM THE DEFINITION OF SUBDIVISION
RANGE 66 WEST, TOWNSHIP 6 NORTH, SECTION 15
WHEREAS, on May 5, 1972, the General Assembly of the State of Colorado,
enacted Senate Bill #35 as relates to Chapter 106 of the Colorado Revised Statutes,
and
WHEREAS, on August 30, 1972, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, adopted Subdivision Regulations for Weld County, Colorado to
comply with the prescribed Senate Bill #35, and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Planning Commission has recommended to the
Board of County Commissioners for recording of plat number 0805-15-2-RE-56 as
provided in Section 9 of the Subdivision Regulations (exemption rules .and regulations)
for Weld County, Colorado.
Said division of land determined to be exempt from the definition of
subdivision is more particularly described as follows:
A tract of land located in Section 15, Township 6 North, Range 66
West of the 6th P.M. , Weld County, Colorado being more particularly
described as follows: Beginning at the North Quarter Corner (N4Cor)
of said Section 15, and considering the North line of said Section 15
as bearing South 89°58'44" East, with all other bearings contained
herein relative thereto; Thence South 00°14'37" East, along the East
line of the East Half of the Northwest Quarter (EiNWe) of said Section
15, 2638.25 feet; Thence North 89°51'52" West, 373.84 feet; Thence
North 14°14'30" West, 2453.34 feet; Thence North O1°28'36" West,
259.60 feet to a point on the North line of said Section 15; Thence
South 89°58'44" East, along the North line of said Section 15, 972.87
feet to the Point of Beginning. Said described parcel of land contains
42.387 acres, more or less, including a strip of ground 30 feet in
width along the North line of said Section 15, for County Road Right-
of-Way purposes, and is subject to any rights-of-way or other
easements as recorded by instruments of record or as now existing on
said parcel of land.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado that the Chairman be and he is hereby authorized to sign
the plat of a division of land determined to be exempt from the definition of
Subdivision No. 0805-15-2-RE-56, for recording.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote:

Gentlemen:
Attached is an application for recorded exemption to a
tract of land described by metes and bounds located in the Ek of
the NW1 of Section 15, Township 6 North, Range 66 West of the 6th
P.M. to which is attached the original copy of the plat made upon
linen and three copies thereof and letters from the North Weld
County Water District and Weld County Health Department concerning
available water and percolation tests for the area.
We have left the required "Certificate of Conveyances"
with Transamerica Title Insurance Company. This will be delivered
to you later today or first thing in the morning.
