Approve Memorandum of Agreement for Purchase of Property Interest for Acquisition of Right -of -Way and Easements for Design -Build Project of High Plains Boulevard (aka County Road 9.5) Between County Roads 32 and 34, and Authorize Chair to Sign All Necessary Documents — Martha Fischer Whereas, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and Whereas, the Board has been presented with a Memorandum of Agreement for Purchase of Property Interest for Acquisition of Right -of -Way and Easements for the Design -Build Project of High Plains Boulevard (also known as County Road 9.5), between County Roads 32 and 34, between the County of Weld, State of Colorado, by and through the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, on behalf of the Department of Public Works, and Martha Fischer, commencing upon full execution of signatures, with further terms and conditions being as stated in said agreement, and Whereas, after review, the Board deems it advisable to approve said agreement, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. The property owner, Martha Fischer, has signed and returned their Memorandum of Agreement (MOA). Impacts: The ROW acquisition phase of this project is controlling the entire project schedule and the ability to meet completion goals. Grantor (OWNER) is hereby advised Grantee (the COUNTY), its employees, contractors or representatives, is seeking to accelerate the Weld County High Plains Boulevard Project to more quickly provide road improvements to the traveling public.
