Said road to be not less than sixty(601 feet in width.
We therefore petition your honorable body to cause to be laid out and opened a County road,as above described,and we,the owners
of the land through which said road is sought to be laid out,in consideration of the cum of one dollar to us each and severally in hand
paid by the said County of Weld,the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, and of the laying out and opening of said road,hereby
agree to give the right of way through our lands,as shown by the plat accompanying this petition,and relinquish all claims for dam-
age by reason thereof. The said proposed line of road is more fully shown by the following snap or plat, to which reference is herein

taken and entered of record in the minutes of their proceedings,G,lid
It appearing by deeds of Lawrence M. Purcell and Newton C. McClure that a strip of land
30 feet wide off the south side of SWq 31-8-64 and a strip 30 feet wide off north side of Nw4
6-7-64 hovering road petitioned for that the same has been deeded to the county for road purpos-
es. and the board believing that the public good and necessities require the opening an aying
out of the road as petitioned, it was on motion unanimously ordered that the prayer of e
petitioners be granted and that the line of road prayed for be and the same is hereby declared
a public higwway, and the clerk of the board is directed to record this petition together with
said deeds, _plat the road as granted and notify the road overseer of the proper district in
which the same is situate and to open the same for travel at once.

We, the undersigned, Citizens and Freeholders of your County, residing within two (2) miles of
the road herein sought to be laid out, respectfully represent that the necessities of the public require a County
wagon road to be laid out as follows, to-wit: Commencing at
