Approve Extension of Oil and Gas Lease Covering Certain Property Owned by Weld
County, Colorado (E1/2 SW1/4 NE1/4 S24, T3N, R63W) — Kerr-McGee OnShore Oil
and Gas, LP
Whereas, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
Whereas, Weld County is the owner of vast mineral lands located in Weld County,
Colorado, and
Whereas, Kerr-McGee Onshore Oil and Gas, LP, submitted a request to extend the lease
of 20 net mineral acres, more or less, described to -wit:
E1/2 SW1/4 NE1/4 of Section 24, Township 3 North, Range 63 West of
the 6th P.M., Weld County, Colorado
Whereas, Weld County desires to approve the request submitted by Kerr-McGee
Onshore Oil and Gas, LP, to extend the lease on the above -described mineral acreage
for $18,000.00, equivalent to one-third (1/3) of the original bonus amount, together with a
delay rental bonus of two dollars and 50/100 ($2.50) per net mineral acre, which is to run
for a period of six (6) months, commencing at twelve o'clock noon on March 2, 2025, and
ending at twelve o'clock noon on September 2, 2025.
Now, therefore, be it resolved by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that the request submitted by Kerr-McGee Onshore Oil and Gas, LP, to extend
the lease on the above -described mineral acreage for $18,000.00, equivalent to
one-third (1/3) of the original bonus amount, together with a delay rental bonus of
two dollars and 50/100 ($2.50) per net mineral acre, which is to run for a period of six (6)
months, commencing at twelve o'clock noon on March 2, 2025, and ending at twelve
o'clock noon on September 2, 2025, be, and hereby is, granted and approved.

Ladies and Gentlemen,
Pursuant to the terms of Paragraph 24 of the captioned leases, Kerr-McGee Oil & Gas Onshore LP is electing to
extend the primary term of the referenced leases for an additional six (6) month period. The extended primary term
will expire on September 2, 2025.
Enclosed please find the following checks dated January 16, 2025. The checks are payable in the amounts due
pursuant to the extension provision in the leases:

QLS 25874700 (Reception No. 4808680) $9,000.00
