The Project will operate under Weld County Code 14-9-40 for Residential Property or Commercial Property at a maximum of 55 dBA from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM and a maximum of 50 dBA from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM at the property boundary Sound decibels (db) are a unit used to measure the intensity of sound waves.
