ACCEPT AND APPROVE AGREEMENT
FOR TRASH REMOVAL
CLARENCE H. FREI dba THE WAY RUBBISH REMOVAL:
WHEREAS, Clarence H. Frei of 1304 Tenth Avenue, Greeley, Colorado, dba
The Way Rubbish Removal, has submitted an agreement for trash removal from the
Weld County Main Shop and the Engineering and Sign Department as listed and said
agreement is hereby attached
(1) Container, 2 yard, twice a week service $25.00 for Main Shop
(1) Container, 1 yard, once a week service $10.00 for Engineering and
Sign Department per month
and
WHEREAS, the Board believes it to be in the best interest of the
County to accept said agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado, that the agreements for trash removal as submitted
by Clarence H. Frei dba The Way Rubbish Removal, be and the same are hereby
accepted and approved, to be effective from June 17, 1970 to May 31, 1971.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and
seconded, adopted by the following vote:

to your request for a bid for rubbish removal.
One (1) container, 2 yard, twice a week service, $25.00,
for Main Shop.
One (1) container, 1 yard, once a week service, $10.00,
for Engineering and Sign Dept.
