The Viewers recommend commencing at the South test corner of Sec. 27, T. 12,R. 60, running across the South-west quarter of Sec. 27 about 70 rods from paid corner, then running in a north- westerly direction across said line between Sections 27 and 28 angling a little north of west for about 60 rods, then going around said hill to the South estern direction of- 160-rods, -back to said Section line between 33 and 28. The rest of the-road to be granted as petitioned. The viewers recommend that all lands taken for road purposes, an allowance of 315.00 per acre be made the parties owning said lands. The rest of the land that is cut out on said hill, the hereford Commercial Club and citizens there, agree to buy said lands approximately 15 acres, and at the time that the road is laid out, C. H. Eaton, the party that owns the Southeast quarter of said Section 28, agrees to furnish the County with a Quit-Claim Deed to said Road. So the viewers recommend the granting of said road, at once, for it is necessary for the delivering of grain and. such like from farmers east of this point. • • And the said Commissioners do hereby declare the said line to be a public highway from and after said sixty days.
