Andrijeski, Route 4, Box 72, Fort Collins, Colorado, has requested permission to locate a commercial dairy operation on the following described property, to-wit: The Southeast Quarter (SE4) of the Northwest Quarter (NW4) of the Southwest Quarter (SW4) of Section Seven- teen (17), Township Eight (8) North, Range Sixty-five (65) West of the 6th P. Mr. Lorenson stated the location has been approved by the Extension office and have received no comment from the Health Department. Boils are ideal for holding pond and run-off. Recommended approval as there is no nonfiict with existing land use or zoning, subject to a plot plan and approval of the Health department, limitation of 500 head. RESOLUTION: Be it therefore resolved to recommend approval to the County Com- missioners subject to Mr. Lorensons requests. Motion by Mr. Anderson, second by Mr. Heitman. A unanimous vote of "Aye".
