Andrijeski, Route 4, Box 72, Fort Collins, Colorado, has requested permission to locate a commercial dairy operation on the following described property, to-wit: The Southeast Quarter (SE4) of the Northwest Quarter (NW4) of the Southwest Quarter (SW4) of Section Seven- teen (17), Township Eight (8) North, Range Sixty-five (65) West of the 6th P. M. and the West Half (WI) of the Southwest Quarter (SW4) of the Northeast Quarter (NE4) of the Southwest Quarter (SW4) of Section Seven- teen (17), Township Eight (8) North, Range Sixty-five (65) West of the 6th P. M. , Weld County, Colorado, containing 15 acres, more or less, and WHEREAS, the said commercial dairy operation is located in an agricultural zone as set forth by the Weld County Zoning Resolution, and WHEREAS, according to Section 3. 3(3)(a)(b)(c) of the Zoning Resolution of Weld County, said commercial dairy operation may be authorized upon the approval of the Weld County Planning Commission and the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Weld County Planning Commission has recommended that this commercial dairy operation be approved by resolution dated November 4, 1970. Mr. Lorenson stated the location has been approved by the Extension office and have received no comment from the Health Department. Boils are ideal for holding pond and run-off. Recommended approval as there is no nonfiict with existing land use or zoning, subject to a plot plan and approval of the Health department, limitation of 500 head. RESOLUTION: Be it therefore resolved to recommend approval to the County Com- missioners subject to Mr. Lorensons requests. Motion by Mr. Anderson, second by Mr. Heitman. A unanimous vote of "Aye".
