Approve Reappointments to Weld County Fair Board
Whereas, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
Whereas, the terms for certain positions on the Weld County Fair Board will soon expire,
and
Whereas, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to reappoint
Landon Cogburn, Levi Loveland, and Aaron Helus to said board, all with terms to expire
September 30, 2028.
Now, therefore, be it resolved by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that Landon Cogburn, Levi Loveland, and Aaron Helus be, and hereby are,
reappointed to the Weld County Fair Board, all with terms to expire September 30, 2028.
The Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, approved the above
and foregoing Resolution, on motion duly made and seconded, by the following vote on
the 3rd day of September, A.D., 2025:
Perry L. Buck, Chair: Aye
Scott K. James, Pro-Tem: Aye
Jason S. Maxey: Aye
Lynette Peppler: Aye
Kevin D. Ross: Aye
