MaryRose,
If these dumpsters are a part of the business, they would not be allowed with current code. If these dumpsters come to
help with say a remodel of a house, then they would be.

Hi all,
One more thing. The properties that are running commercial businesses (on Elmore Road, Seemore Heigh..
zoned R1) all have large commercial dumpsters that get emptied multiple times a week.
How does one add to the zoning requirements of R1 zoning that these commercial dumpsters are not
allowed? By doing this it would help deter these types of businesses from moving into R1 zoning. Just
curious.
