The Information Technology staff reviewed all bid responses. Zivaro Inc. out of Denver,
CO proposed the lowest cost solution of Year 1 $136,953.78, Year 2 $102,499.52, Year
3 $102,499.52 and meets the needed functionality documented in the bid process.
Based on the above information, I recommend the Board award B2400146 - Cisco
Voice Flex Agreement to Zivaro Inc., for a total amount of Year 1 $136,953.78, Year 2
$102,499.52, Year 3 $102,499.52.
