Dear Meredith Skoglund,
Thank you for your recent application to the Colorado Respite Coalition's State Respite
Grant. After careful review, we are pleased to inform you that your program, Caregiver
Program, has been approved for partial funding in the amount of $12,000.00.
Although we were unable to fully meet your original funding request due to limited
resources and a competitive application process, the Grant Review Committee greatly
values the strength of your proposal and the important impact your program has on family
caregivers. We hope this award will still offer meaningful support as you continue your
important work.
Next Steps
To move forward:
1. Confirm your acceptance
Please reply to this email no later than July 31, 2025 to let us know whether you
accept or decline this partial award.
2. Grant agreement
A contract outlining the award amount, scope of work, and reporting requirements
will be emailed to you by August 4, 2025
3. Effective date
The effective date of your grant will be the day the agreement is fully executed.
