Approve Appointment of Commissioner Perry L. Buck to Certain Advisory Boards
Whereas, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
Whereas, it has been recommended that Commissioner Perry L. Buck be appointed to
represent the Board of County Commissioners on the following board:
• Bright Futures Advisory Board
Whereas, the Board deems it advisable to appoint Commissioner Perry L. Buck to said
board, with her term to expire December 31, 2025.
Now, therefore, be it resolved by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that Commissioner Perry L. Buck, be, and hereby is, appointed to the above
listed board, with her term to expire December 31, 2025.
The Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, adopted the above
and foregoing Resolution, on motion duly made and seconded, by the following vote on
the 6th day of January, A.D., 2025:
Perry L. Buck, Chair: Aye
Scott K. James, Pro-Tem: Aye
Jason S. Maxey: Aye
Lynette Peppler: Aye
Kevin D. Ross: Aye
