No, A 3. `06845 Mary Ann Feuerstein, Rernrrir, RESOLUTION WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on September 11, 1972, in the chambers of the Board of County Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, for the purpose of hearing a petition of H. D. Scott, 501 E. 28th Street, Greeley, Colorado, requesting a change of zone from "A" Agricultural District to "C" Commercial District (Commercial-Unit Development), and WHEREAS, the petitioner was present and represented by counsel, and WHEREAS, there was no one present in opposition to the change of zone, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners heard all the testimony and statements of those present, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has studied the request of the petitioner and studied the recommendations of the Weld County Planning Commission, and having been fully informed; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners that the petition of H. D. Scott, for a change of zone from "A" Agricultural District to "C" Commercial District (Commercial Unit Development), said area being more particularly described as follows: A tract of land located in the Southwest Quarter (SW4) of Section 16, Township 5 North, Range 65 West of the 6th P.
