Mr. Pierce, his father-in-law has since purchaseu the farm adjoining
and will need full time help. Mr. Pierce stated there are two labor
houses on the property but are unfit to live in.
MOTION: By Mr. Bowles that a temporary permit for one year be issued, subject
to review at that time. To be issued as an accessory farm use. Second
by Mr. Bartels. A unanimous vote of "Ayes". Motion carried.
APPLICANT: Herbert J. Fusser
CASE NUMBER: Sp Rev 125
SUBJECT: Mobile home
LOCATION: Pt L2 S 4 SE-* Sec 9 T5 R65
APPEARANCE: Mr. and Mr. Nusser, Mr. and Mrs. Orville Reeves
DISCUSSION: Mr. Nusser stated he had sold Mr. Reeves a mobile home and he couldn't
find a space in a Mobile Home Park so he had let him hook it up in his

violation when he hooked it up. Mr. Nusser answered "yes".
APPEARANCE AGAINST: A. F. Hinse
DISCUSSION: Mr. Henze stated he objected, unless this is for a very limited
time. The neighbors had objected to the zone change for the trailer
sales. They have sewer problems and the water supply is not adequate.
Felt if this is allowed, it would be a step toward breaking down all
zoning regi4ations. Mr. Bowles stated when the zone change was granted,
it was brought out that there would be no trailers hooked up there. The
The trailer was knowingly hooked up in violation and felt it should be
moved immediately. Mr. Reeves stated they had been unable to find a
space in a Mobile Home Park. Mr Paul stated he is in violation by
hooking up the mobile home to his septic system for the house. Is
opposed.

request a traverse sheet, certification of surveyor and engineer,
street profiles. Recommended that it be tabled until these things are
forthcoming. Mr. Lorenson recommended that some soils tests be made
in the area inasmuch as there are same problems with a couple of houses
in the First Filing. It was suggested the Soil Conservation District
be contacted in regard to this.
MOTION: By Mr. Bowles to table the matter until soil tests can be made and
recommendations of Mr. Lorenson are corrected. Second by Mr. Bartels.
A unanimous vote of "Aye". Motion carried.
