Approve Appointment to Area Agency on Aging Advisory Board
Whereas, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
Whereas, a vacancy currently exists on the Area Agency on Aging Advisory Board, and
Whereas, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to appoint
Linda Quade to said board, with a term to expire January 31, 2028.
Now, therefore, be it resolved by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that Linda Quade be, and hereby is, appointed to the Area Agency on Aging
Advisory Board, with a term to expire January 31, 2028.
The Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, approved the above
and foregoing Resolution, on motion duly made and seconded, by the following vote on
the 31st day of March, A.D., 2025:

Jason S. Maxey: Aye
Lynette Peppier: Aye
Kevin D. Ross: Aye
