the Weld County Code. If approved, such uses shall be considered uses by right. Certain uses may
require subsequent submittal and approval of a Site Plan Review as described in Section 23--2-150.B
of the Weld County Code.

Response: To add and clarify boat and trailer parking is an allowed use for Pelican Shores PUD. The R-1 Zoning
allows fishing & noncommercial water skiing as allowed uses by right in addition to accessory uses of parking area if
clearly incidental and accessing to allowed use. Request the historical use of an HOA designated boat & trailer parking
area to be approved to do governed not set by each respective HOA.
2. Will the requested Change apply to every lot in the PUD? If not, be sure to clearly state which lots the amendment
will apply to.
Response: No, will only apply to block 1 and block 2. The HOA common elements of Pelican Shores North & South
HOA.
