A public hearing was conducted on February 26, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., with the following
present:
Commissioner Perry L. Buck, Chair
Commissioner Scott K. James, Pro-Tem
Commissioner Jason S. Maxey
Commissioner Lynette Peppier
Commissioner Kevin D. Ross — Excused
Also present:

The following business was transacted:
El I hereby certify that pursuant to a Notice dated February 14, 2025, and duly published
February 19, 2025, in the Greeley Tribune, a public hearing was conducted to consider
the request of Suzanne Lilly, Gerry Ball, and Patricia Conlon, for Change of Zone,
COZ24-0008, from the R-1 (Low Density Residential) Zone District to the A (Agricultural)
Zone District. Karin McDougal, Deputy County Attorney, made this a matter of record.
El Diana Aungst, Department of Planning Services, explained that the legal notice for
the hearing did not meet the required deadlines and requested the Board continue the
hearing to May 7, 2025.
El No public testimony was offered concerning this matter.
El Commissioner James moved to continue the matter to May 7, 2025, at 10:00 a.m., to
allow for sufficient notice to be published for the matter to be heard by the Planning
Commission. The motion was seconded by Commissioner Peppier, and it carried
unanimously. There being no further discussion, the hearing was completed at 10:02 a.m.
