ACCEPT TRACT OF LAND
NW4NE4 SECTION 36, TOWNSHIP 6, RANGE 66
FROM MONFORT OF COLORADO, INC. :
WHEREAS , Monfort of Colorado, Inc. , has offered
a tract of land to Weld County, Colorado, being more
particularly described as follows:
All that part of the Northwest Quarter of the
Northeast Quarter (NWaNE4) of Section Thirty-
six (36) , Township Six (6) North, Range Sixty-
six (66) West of the Sixth (6th) Princ:_pal
Meridian, described as follows, to-wit : Begin-
ning at a point on the North line of the NW4NE4
of said Section 36 , 757 . 5 feet East of the North-
west Corner (NWCor) of the said NW4NE4;
thence running South 664 feet to a point;
thence running West to the West line of said
NW4NE 4;
thence running North on the West line of said
NW4NE4 664 feet more or less to the Northwest
Corner (NWCor) of the NW4NE4;
thence East 757 . 5 feet along the North line of
said NW4NE4 to the point of beginning,
and,
WHEREAS, this parcel could be of beneficial use
to District #1 of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS , the Board feels it to be in the best
interests of the County to accept said parcel of land.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of
County Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, tha : it does
hereby accept said parcel of land described above from
Monfort of Colorado, Inc.
The above and foregoing resolution was , on motion
duly made and seconded, adopted by the following vote:
