We have been gathering pieces of the submittal per the new checklist that you have provided us. This letter is to help narrate the reason for the submittal. The floodplain area centered on the St. Vrain River is dividing two different HOAs (Pelican Shores North and Pelican Shores South). As it stands right now, the property line that divides the two tracts of the HOA's land (Tract B and Tract A respectively) is not centered on the river. To help facilitate a more equitable share of maintenance responsibility, the proposed PUDF Amendment is proposing that the line between the Tracts be centered on the St. Vrain River.
