Please be advised that on November 12, 2025, Holcim - WCR, Inc., whose address and telephone number
are 1687 Cole Blvd., Suite 300, Golden, CO 80401; (303) 985-1070, filed an application for a/an Acreage
Release Request (AR- 2) to M1999098, Riverview Resource, which is located approximately 0.5 miles
Northwest of Greeley, Section 32, Township 6N, Range 66W, 06th Principle Meridian, in Weld County.
Release of unmined land owned by the City of Greeley and John David Sewell.
Written comments or objections to the application may be submitted to and additional information obtained
from Patrick Lennberg at the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, 1313 Sherman St. Room 215
Denver, CO 80203, by telephone at (720) 665-0836.
Comments or objections should be submitted within fifteen (15) days of this notice to be considered in the
application review process. The Division is required to provide a thirty (30) day period following a decision
on the release application to allow for appeals to its decision.
