A selection committee comprised of five (5) Public Works Department staff reviewed and scored the eleven (11) vendor proposals received on 12/20/24, using a pre -determined selection criterion. On 1/10/25 the scoring committee met to compile scores and a summary ranking was produced (see attached). Atkins Realis, Denver office, had the first ranking and total points scored, and Drexel Barrell was second. The Request for Proposals (RFP) document allows for contract award to one or more successful vendors. It is Public Works Department recommendation to award a professional services contract to Atkins Realis for a not -to -exceed amount of $238,000.00, and to Drexel Barrell for a not -to -exceed amount of $100,000.00. This line item is included in the 2025 budget, account 31100-6377 with a total budget amount of $350,000.00.
