comment penod for Verdad Resource LLC - Timbro 9-59-8B Pad. A copy of this public

public copy of this notice is, required by Colorado Air Quality Control Commission

Notice is hereby given that an application for a proposed project or activity has been submitted to
the Colorado Air Pollution Control Division for the following source of air pollution:
Applicant: Verdad Resource LLC
Facility: Timbro 9-59-8B Pad
Well- Production Facility
NWSW quadrant of Section 8, Township 9N, Range 59W
Weld County
The proposed project or activity is as follows:
The operator has submitted a request to modify the construction permits for the' ,
condensate and produced water storage'tank. The project will be designated as a new synthetic
minor source of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) in accordance with the Nonattainment New
Source Review (NANSR) regulation. General Permit 02, which covers compression engine, is
included as part of this project.
The division has determined that this permitting action is subject to public comment requirements
under Colorado Air Quality Control Commission Regulation Number 3, Part B, Section III.C due to
the following reason(s):
• This source is requesting a federally -enforceable limit on the potential to emit to avoid
other, requirements. (Regulation Number 3, Part B, Section III.C.1.d.)
The division has made a preliminary determination of approval of the application.

Thedivision hereby solicits submission of public comments from any interested person concerning
the ability of the proposed project or activity to comply with the applicable standards and
regulations of the commission. The division will receive and consider wntten public comments for
thirty (30) calendar days after the date of this notice. Comments may be submitted using the -
