After checking with the planners, there are many issues with this case, so they do not feel comfortable releasing the collateral at this time. It is not 100% know if the work has been complete since Mr.LaCoe will not allow staff on his property for inspection. For the purpose of the status inquiry, we would like to reflect the project as "still in progress" with an unknown completion date. Please let me know if you need a formal memo or more information.
