RESOLUTION
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Board of County Commissioners
of Weld County, Colorado, to lease from Ellis & Capp Equipment Company,
Greeley, Colorado, one (1 ) International tractor and one (1 ) International
side-mount mower, as per Lease Rental Agreement attached and made a part
hereof by reference, for a total rental price of Four Hundred Seventeen
Dollars ($417.00) per month for a five (5) month period.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the County of Weld, State
of Colorado, agrees to lease from Ellis & Capp Equipment Company, Greeley,
Colorado, the hereinabove mentioned one (1 ) tractor and one (1 ) mower with
all of the appurtenances, all as recited in the rental agreement and lease.

OPTION TO PURCHASE
100% of all Rentals paid can be applied toward purchase of the pnn; pmpnt at
the expiration of the rental period.
RENTAL PERIOD
The rental period for the equipment shall begin _ June 1, 1972
and shall end October 1, 1972 Agreed rental period is for
Five Months
ARTICLE III
OPERATING SUPPLIES: It is understood and agreed that the Lessee will furnish at
hie own cost, all fuel, oil, lubricants and competent operators necessary for the
satisfactory operation of the equipment.
ARTICLE IV
INSURANCE: It is understood and agreed that the Lessee will provide during the
term of the lease, insurance of the type and amount satisfactory to the Lessor.
ARTICLE V
-- MAINTENANCE : It is understood and agreed that the Lessor will provide full
maintenance on the equipment-during the term of the lease. Includes all of the
manufactures recommended service procedures and service check-ups at intervals
of 10, 100 and 250 hours.
