Diana and Angela,
I spoke with Steve Ward of Asphalt Specialties and he has adequately addressed items lb and lc of
the proposed PC resolution. Mr. Ward has indicated that he will have a "future potential trail
corridor" delineated on the plans to adequately address the condition lb. Mr. Ward has also
indicated that the current property owner has no interest in annexation at this time and that Asphalt
Specialties will continue to work with Fort Lupton concerning this property should ownership or
desire to annex change in the future. This adequately addresses condition of approval lc. We have
a positive working relationship with Asphalt Specialties and look forward to continuing to work
