Bids were received and opened on September 17, 2025 for the Infoblox bid. Three bids
were received ranging from $90,366.91 to $110,432.24. Attached is the bid tabulation
for your information.
The Information Technology staff reviewed all bids. Trace3 Government, LLC, out of
Colorado Springs, CO, proposed the lowest cost solution of $90,366.91 and meets the
requirements documented in the bid process.
With the above information, I recommend the BOCC award the Infoblox to Trace3
Government, LLC, for a total amount of $90,366.91.
