Subject: Award Recommendation for Annual Concrete Bid B2500101
As advertised this solicitation is for Annual Concrete Bid
Raptor Materials is the low bidder for all concrete except Class E, which they did not
bid. Loveland Ready Mix is the sole bidder meeting the specifications for Class E
concrete.
Therefore, the recommendation is to award Exterior and Pumpable Class D and Flowfill
to Raptor Materials for a not to exceed amount of $132,077.50.
And to award the Class E concrete to Loveland Ready Mix for a not to exceed amount of
$6,928.75.

On August 6, 2025, three bids were opened for the 2025 Annual Concrete Bid. The bids
were submitted by Raptor Materials, On -Demand Concrete and Loveland Ready Mix.
The overall low bidder is Raptor Materials.
The budgeted amount for concrete is $249,375.00 and Public Works will not
exceed this amount.
Therefore, the recommendation is to award the bid to Raptor Materials.
