The purpose of this letter is to inform you that effective September 1, 2025, Confluence DJ LLC will be changing its
name to Covalence DJ LLC, at which time the revenue disbursements you receive will reflect this name change.
Additionally, effective September 1, 2025, all inquiries should be directed to Tracy Stahl via email at
tstahl@covalenceopco.com or phone at (720) 285-3563.
Trinity Petroleum Management provides Accounting services on behalf of this operator and as such, your delivery method
of payment and remittance statement will not change.
If you are currently receiving your revenue payments via check and would like to sign up for ACH electronic payments
direct to your bank account, please complete the enclosed ACH SET-UP/CHANGE FORM per the instructions thereon.
After electronic disbursements begin, remittance statements will be sent by email, and you will no longer receive
hard copy documentation.
