As a result of the reclassification of the nonattainment area associated with the 2015 ozone standard on July 24, 2024 from moderate to serious in Northern Weld County, this facility is requesting a permit modification for this source to bring the facility wide potential to emit for VOCs below 50 tons per year (tpy). The facility is synthetic minor for VOC NANSR, PSD, and TV -OP programs.
