MONFORT KENNETH MONFORT G COLORADO April 10, 1965 Mr. Roland Palmquist Windsor, Colorado Dear Sir: It has just today come to my attention that a grain handling facility that we are building on Union Pacific Railroad land at Greeley Junction may be at varience with the County Zoning rules. I would like to ask that you inform us of these rules, particularly as they pertain to the height of structures in this area. We will be most happy to co-operate in any procedure that will comply. I also would like to mention that It now appears that we will be continuing our expansion at the Feedlots onto our remaining 80 acres of land. This expansion has been planned ever since the acquisition of the land. We have done some grading and drainage work in preperation for this expansion. In addition, we have already planted our wind -break trees. I would be interested in anycomments or suggestions in regard to this expansion. Sincerely, /. _2247/ Kenneth Monfort Vice President Monfort Feed Lots Inc. Hello
