Attached please find a signed Modification Letter for the Reemployment Services and Eligibility
Assessment (RESEA) (WE24-009). This Modification Letter notifies the Department that the period
of performance has been extended from September 30, 2025 to March 31, 2026. The original Notice
of Funding Allocation (NFA) is known to the Board as Tyler ID# 2024-3077. Based on this
Modification Letter we will be processing the correlating NFA in the future that will be routed through
the normal approval process for signature.
