I just spoke with the police department here in Fort Lupton. This is not the first time that my windshield
has been broken in Fort Lupton area. And I have figured out that this is happening more because I'm

using a new grocery store in Firestone. I am told by the police today here in Fort Lupton that they have
one cop for the entire day. That is unacceptable. They need 10 people today. There is so many trucks
driving around here without mudflaps with missing flares and semi's that are overfilled and without
covers. I need you guys to do your job and as of now you guys owe me $1100. I warned you last time that
any more damage was gonna be paid for by weld County. You are 100% responsible for any more
damage to my vehicle. You can go look at County Road 19 where you turn onto the 52 and it is just
covered in pebbles. That does not get there because of snow removal. That is there because of
inappropriate truck driving. Fix this issue now.

Damage has happened again, another total loss of a windshield. 400 Miles and I have been staying back
as far as possible from every car. This just happened behind a lifted truck with no mudflaps and no
fender flares. I hold Weld County and Colorado 100% responsible as there are laws in place to
protect me but for some reason the police do not ticket offenders and the DMV allows these vehicles to
be registered. Expect a lawsuit coming! FYI THE TRUCK DEALERS ARE SELLING BRAND NEW TRUCKS
WITH NO MUD FLAPS YET WE REQUIRE SEMIS TO HAVE THEM! SINCE THIS LAST EMAIL I HAVE HAD 3X
DAMAGE TIMES THE LAST BEING SO BAD REQUIRES REPLACEMENT. ONE TRUCK DRIVER SAID THAT'S
DRIVING IN COLORADO. ARE YOU KIDDING ME. WHY DO I PAY REGISTRATION? WELD IS LOSING
MONEY I REFUSE TO BUY A NEW CAR IF ALL THAT'S GOING TO HAPPEN IS DAMAGE. I SHOULDN'T BE
THINKING ABOUT HOW MUCH DAMAGE I AM GOING TO GET IF I DRIVE. THIS IS NOT OK! WELD
COUNTY OWES ME 8K! SEE YOU ALL IN COURT!

I need to be on the commission docket asap to get this fixed. If I can't, the next damage caused is going
to be brought with a suit against Northern Colorado municipalities. I believe a legal loss of immunity is
taking place that would normally shield the government from being sued.

So your goal is to disrespect me and make me wait till the end. I am not public comments. I am a
frustrated person sick and tired of being financially hurt by the government in Weld county! Perhaps I
should just hire a lawyer and tell him what every police department told me. "We are shorthanded and
we are not pulling anyopne over" Total BS.
What time is public comments? I don't have the time to waste sitting there waiting!
FYI Expect to be sued
