RE: APPROVE APPOINTMENTS TO WELD COUNTY EMERGENCY MEDICAL/TRAUMA
SERVICES COUNCIL
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, pursuant to the Bylaws of the Weld County Emergency Medical/Trauma
Services Council, the Board is required to be presented with a new membership list annually, and
WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with a new membership list, marked
Exhibit "A," a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, and
WHEREAS, the Board deems it advisable to appoint the members and alternates listed
on Exhibit "A," all with terms commencing January 1, 2024, and expiring December 31, 2024.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that the members and alternates listed on Exhibit "A," be, and hereby are,
appointed to the Weld County Emergency Medical/Trauma Services Council, all with terms
commencing January 1, 2024, and expiring December 31, 2024.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 29th day of January, A.D., 2024, nunc pro tunc January 1, 2024.
