KNOWN AS 17TH AND 16TH AVENUES
AND 29TH STREET:
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that they hereby accept the dedication of a public road situate within
a tract of land located in the NE4 of Section 19, Township 5 North, Range 65 West
of the 6th P. M., Weld County, Colorado, more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the NW corner of Sec 19, T. 5 N., Rge 65 W of the 6th P. M.,
Weld County, Colorado, said point being a true point of beginning:
Thence S 00°19'00" E along the W line of the NE4 of said Sec 19 a
distance of 930'; thence N 89°41'00" E 200'; thence N 00°19'00" W 245' to
a point on the outer boundary of Crestview First Addition as platted in
the records of Weld County, Colorado; thence N 89°41'00" E along said
outer boundary 60'; thence S 00°19'00" E 245'; thence N 89°41'00" E
along said outer boundary and its Wly extension 360' to the SE corner of
said Crestview First Addition; thence S 00°19'00" E 60'; thence S 89°41'
00" W 620' to a point on the W line of the NE4 of said Sec 19; thence S
05°30'40" E 441.8i"; thence S 89°41'00" W 40' to a point on the W line
of the NE4 of said Sec 19; thence N 00°19'00" W along said W line of the
NE4 of Sec 19 a distance of 107'; thence S 89°41'00" W 50.06'; thence
N 05°30'40" W 330.73'; thence N 00°19'00" W 994.73' to a point on the N
line of the NW4 of said Sec 19; thence S 89°32'00" E along said N line
of the NW4 of Sec 19, a distance of 80.01' to the true point of beginning:
and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the plat be accepted and approved for filing,
and said public road thereon shown be accepted by the County of Weld provided, how-
ever, that the County of Weld will undertake maintenance of the public road after
it has been constructed by the sole owner, according to Weld County Road District
Number Two specifications and not by the County of Weld.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded,
adopted by the following vote:
