M. , WELD COUNTY, COLORADO. tom- '-to WHEREAS, a petition has been presented to the Board of County 'tt' Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, asking that a portion of a as county road be abandoned and vacated, said portion of county road being o,. located adjacent to property wholly owned by the aforementioned peti- t- tioners; and said portion of road being more particularly described as follows, to-wit: - O That portion of county road lying between Sections Twenty-nine (29). and Thirty (30), Township Four (4) North, Range Sixty-four (64) West of the 6th No P, M. , Weld County, Colorado; and WHEREAS, no objections to said petition for the abandonment of said portion of county road have been received in the office of the Board of County Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado,. and -J WHEREAS, it appears that the necessities of the. public no longer require said portion of road, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, Weld County, Colorado, believes it to be in the best interest of the public and Weld County to approve said petition. NOW, THEREFORE, 73E IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, Weld County, Colorado, that the aforemen- tioned portion of county road be, and it is hereby declared abandoned, va- cated, and closed in accordance with the submitted petition. Nay 1921_to view a County Road prayed for in a certain petition presented to your honorable body on the above named day and date, a copy of which has been received by us, viz: Commencing at at the Southwest oorner of Section 18, Twp. 4, Range 64, thence East two miles. Commencing at the Northeast corner of Section 18, Two, 4 Range 64, thenoe South Three miles. Respectfully submit the following report, to-wit: After receiving our authority to act, we met at the starting point of said pro- posed road, on thelath day of June 19 21 at the hour of 1° o'clock ___ being the time and place specified in our appointment, and proceeded to view the road prayed for in said petition, as follows: We commenced at the starting point named in said petition, and run.
