The request increases the bandwidth at the NCRFL facility from 100Mb to 500Mb with a new monthly reoccurring cost of $650.00. This is a $45.00 savings from the current $695.00 recurring monthly cost. This Weld County legal has reviewed the agreement. What options exist for the Board? Consequences: • Approve the request permitting the requesting increase to ISP Bandwidth. • Deny Request. If denied, the NCRFL/ Evidence camera project will not have enough bandwidth for the new cameras. Impacts: • The request provides increase bandwidth to support existing projects at a lower cost. Costs (Current Fiscal Year / Ongoing or Subsequent Fiscal Years): • Monthly reoccurring cost of $650.00. This is a $45.00 savings from the current $695.00 recurring monthly cost. Monthly costs will remain the same for the next 3 years and will be renegotiated in 3 years for increased bandwidth, lower costs, or both.
