AND VIRGINIA M. STIPE:
BE IT RESOLVED, by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County,
Colorado, that the bid as submitted by Adren R. Stipe and Virginia M. Stipe by
and is hereby accepted,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Board of County Commissioners of
Weld County, Colorado, does hereby REMISE, RELEASE AND QUITCLAIM real estate
acquired by WarrantyDeed dated November 1, 1939 recorded November 4, 1939 in
Book 1052 at Page 297 as recorded in the office of the County Clerk and Recorder
said real estate more particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Northeast corner of the Southwest Quarter
of the Northwest Quarter (SW NNW4) of Section Twenty-eight
(28), Township Eight (8) North, Range Sixty-two (62) West
of the 6th P. M., being the Northwest corner of the Town
of Briggsdale, Colorado, according to the recorded plat
thereof; thence South, along the West line of said townsite
of Briggsdale, a distance of 230 feet; thence west a distance
of 377 feet, more or less to the East right of way line of
the Union Pacific Railroad; thence North, along said East
right of way line, a distance of 230 feet; thence East a
distance of 377 feet, more or less to the place of beginning:
All of the above described tract being in Section 28, Township
8 North, Range 62 West of the 6th P. M. EXCEPT: Beginning
at the Northeast corner of the Southwest Quarter (SW4) of the
Northwest Quarter (NW'4) of said Section 28, said point also
being the Northwest corner of the Town of Briggsdale, Colorado,
according to the recorded plat thereof: Thence South 00°21'10" East
along the West line of said Town of Briggsdale, 150.00 feet to
the westerly extension of the North Right of Way line of Milton
Street as platted in said Town of Briggsdale; Thence North
90°00'00" West along said westerly extension, 145.00 feet;
Thence North 00°20'10" West, 150.00 feet; Thence North 90°00'00"
East, 145.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.
The above and foregoing resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded
adopted by the following vote:

second part; WITNESSETH, That the said party of the first part, for and in consideration of

ceipt where is hereby confessed and acknowledged, ha s remised, released, sold, conveyed and
QUIT CLAIMED, and by these presents does remise, release, sell, convey and QUIT CLAIM
unto the said parties of the second part, their heirs and assigns forever, all the right, title, interest,
claim and demand which the said party of the first part ha s in and to the following described
real estate situate, lying and being in the County of WELD and State of Colorado, towit: Beginning
at the Northeast corner of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter (SW-NW4)
of Section Twenty-eight (28), Township Eight (8) North, Range Sixty-two (62) West
of the 6th P. M., being the Northwest corner of the Town of Briggsdale, Colorado,
according to the recorded plat thereof; thence South, along the West line of said
townsite of Briggsdale, a distance of 230 feet; thence west a distance of 377 feet,
more or less to the East right of way line of the Union Pacific Railroad; thence
North, along said East right of way line, a distance of 230 feet; thence East a
distance of 377 feet, more or less to the place of beginning: All of the above
described tract being in Section 28, Township 8 North, Range 62 West of the 6th P.M
EXCEPT: Beginning at the Northeast corner of the Southwest Quarter (S'W'4) of the
Northwest Quarter (NW -4) of said Section 28, said point also being the Northwest
corner of -the Town of Briggsdale, Colorado, according to the recorded plat thereof;
Thence South 00°20'10"Ealong the West line of said Town of Briggsdale, 150.00 feet
to the westerly extension of the North Right of Way line of Milton Street as platte
in said Town of Briggsdale; Thence North 90°00'00" West along said westerly
extension, 145.00 feet; Thence North 00°20'10" West, 150.00 feet; Thence North
90°00'00" East, 145.00 feet to the Point of Beginning.
EXCEPT theref'om all oil, gas ;'nd other minerals therein or thereunder, together
with the right to prospect for and remove the same.
To Have and To Hold the same, together with all and singular the appurtenances and priv-
ileges thereunto belonging or in anywise thereunto appertaining, and all the estate, right, title, in-
terest and claim whatsoever, of the said part y of the first part, either in law or equity, to the only
proper use, benefit and behoof of the said parties of the second part, their heirs and assigns forever.
