RESOLUTION RE: APPROVE OFFER LETTER AND TEMPORARY CONSTRUCTION EASEMENT FOR 1113 H STREET, GREELEY, AND AUTHORIZE CHAIR AND CHAIR PRO-TEM TO SIGN - CITY OF GREELEY WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and WHEREAS, the Board has been presented with an Offer Letter and a Temporary Construction Easement for 1113 H Street, Greeley, Colorado 80631, for the North Greeley Sewer Phase IIA Project, between the County of Weld, State of Colorado, by and through the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, and the City of Greeley, with further terms and conditions being as stated in said offer letter and temporary construction easement, and WHEREAS, after review, the Board deems it advisable to approve said offer letter and grant said temporary construction easement, copies of which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, that the Offer Letter and Temporary Construction Easement for 1113 H Street, Greeley, Colorado 80631, for the North Greeley Sewer Phase IIA Project, between the County of Weld, State of Colorado, by and through the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, and the City of Greeley, be, and hereby are, approved. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED b the Board that the Chair be, and hereby is, authorized to sign said offer letter, effective and the Chair Pro-Tem be, and hereby is, authorized to sign said temporary construction easement. Unless written notice is provided by City to extend the same, the Right of Reentry period shall end no later than (1) year after the end of the term of the Temporary Easement.
