boundaries of 16th Street and 13th Street, and 28th Avenue
and 35th Avenue, that there will be no liens, assessments,
or costs for the installations of utilities, street improvements,
or curb and gutter, and the installation of the aforementioned
utilities, street, curLand gutter, etc., will be in compliance
with the City of Greeley, Federal Housing Administration, and
the Board of County Commissioners, engineering and specifications,
therefore, we respectfully request that the Board of County
Commissioners accept by letter the future maintenance of any
of the streets in this given area upon developement by this
firm.
