Walk through of the event space will occur every one to two hours by staff to dispose of any discarded trash. 17. A restroom trailer has been rented from Blue Moon Rentals. This is a spacious 20 foot, ight station portable restroom trailer. Inside, the ladies' area has four spacious stalls with twin -basin vanity. For the men, there are two private stalls, two urinals and a twin -basin vanity. The climate in each area can be controlled by individual air conditioning units to insure total comfort. This restroom trailer will be placed in the north portion of the event area. It is the responsibility of Blue Moon Rentals to dispose of the waste deposited when they remove the restroom trailer. 18. EXPLAIN HOW THIS EVENT WILL BE MARKETED, DESCRIBING WHAT METHODS OF ADVERTISING WILL BE USED AND WHAT TYPE OF MATERIALS WILL BE DISTRIBUTED, AND THE TARGETED RECIPIENTS OF SUCH MATERIAL: The event is marketed through World Long Drive social media and email distribution lists. Flyers are distributed at some local businesses that are golf focused. The targeted recipients are individuals interested in participanting in a World Long Drive event and individuals interested in attending a local sporting event. IDENTIFY PLANS FOR PARKING VEHICLES, INCLUDING SIZE AND LOCATION OF LOTS, POINTS OF HIGHWAY ACCESS AND INTERIOR ROADS, AND ROUTES BETWEEN ROADS/HIGHWAYS AND PARKING LOTS: Parking will be on all sides of the baseball field. Please see attached map. The main access point is off the west side of the WCR 49, between WCR 46 and WCR 48, then a west/ east dirt road on private land with arrows directing to the event. Not advertised as a public entrance, the property can also be accessed from WCR 46 between WCR 47 and WCR 49. 20.
