RE: APPROVE REAPPOINTMENT TO BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Weld County, Colorado, pursuant to
Colorado statute and the Weld County Home Rule Charter, is vested with the authority of
administering the affairs of Weld County, Colorado, and
WHEREAS, the term for a certain position on the Board of Adjustment will soon expire,
and
WHEREAS, the Weld County Board of Commissioners deems it advisable to reappoint
Hunter Rivera to said board as an Associate Member At -Large, with a term to expire July 31,
2027.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Weld
County, Colorado, that Hunter Rivera be, and hereby is, reappointed to the Board of Adjustment,
with a term to expire July 31, 2027.
The above and foregoing Resolution was, on motion duly made and seconded, adopted
by the following vote on the 29th day of July, A.D., 2024.
