Bids were received and opened on February 7, 2024, for B2400050 - Facilities Building
Cabling. Three (3) bids were received ranging from $30,386.04 to $40,690.41. Attached
is the bid tabulation for your information.
The Information Technology staff reviewed all bid responses. GigaSpan Solutions, Inc.
out of Centennial, CO proposed the lowest cost solution of $30,386.04 and meets the
needed functionality documented in the bid process.
Based on the above information, I recommend the Board award B2400050 — Facilities
Building Cabling to GigaSpan Solutions, Inc., for a total amount of $30,386.04.
